« I originally checked into the hotel and was assigned a room that when I got there the room was not clean, the toilet had feces in it and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. I approached the front desk to move rooms, but was met with well a non apologetic guest host who in my opinion made me feel like it was my fault. She did move me to another room where, in my opinion that floor and my room needs some work.The trim on the door is falling off and did fall off in the hallway was laying in...

« I came to relax after a long day at a conference. I planned on going swimming. I never made it there. After making a few phone calls, I realized the bed was too comfortable to move. I had a great night sleep- didn't wake up once for a bathroom trip, and I usually do at home. I highly recommend. »

« Was opened on time are air condition didnt work and tv had no tmteceptiom wastold the tcmv was out because of the weather qhich was clear and 65 and then no one would even come check out tv or air condition and no ice machine so very dissappointed »

« Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. »

« I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). »

« Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. »
