« The hotel was clean, but in need of some maintenance and upgrades, especially the bathroom. The check in staff was very welcoming and kind. »

« The room was clean and the hotel smelled really good. I had staff up to my room twice. Once because the toilet wasn’t working and secondly to bring towels and they were pleasant. Actually all staff was accommodating. When I reported the toilet issue, they offered to move me to another room. »

« This isn’t even an official best western. False advertising. This place did not allow us to switch dates of our stay, and yet they advertised that they had a pool — we get here and the pool is under maintenance. They didn’t care to disclose that on the website. I would say to stay at another place. »
