'The hallway and stairs needed to be vacuumed. It was dirty and specks all over the floor. My room overall was clean. Breakfast was okay. The staff was kind and helpful.'

'I enjoyed this little boutique hotel. Very comfortable clean room with small kitchen that was perfect to reheat some leftovers and enjoy tea in the morning. It’s in a great location for access to downtown shopping and restaurants. There wasn’t a TV in my room but not a big deal for me. I enjoyed reading and working on the I pad. Internet service was good. My only small suggestion would be that they put dimmers on the light switches, it was a little too bright at night in the living area. I will...

'The elevator was broken but the staff quickly changed us to a lower floor. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The staff was 100% great!!'

'Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper.'
