'Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!'

'If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. '

'It was great for a one-night stay. Clean and comfortable. Good parking and location. Man at check in was nice, other staff seemed defeated. Above average for a 100 dollar a night stay. Breakfast waffle was good, basic stuff. Egg patty's and biscuits/gravy pretty gross. Overall fine. '

'Clean room and nice staff. Could hear the kids going to and from the pool/stairs (didn't bother me but might someone else). Reserved the room over a month ago, did the pre-check in that asked what time I'll be there, and my room still wasn't ready. They said give them 30 minutes, still wasn't ready again so they sent someone in there. Finally called me after like 30 minutes or so '

'Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests '

'Issues with check in, staff was difficult to communicate with, breakfast was bland. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the pool was nice. The lobby smelled and the hallways were not clean. '

'I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). '

'The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. '

'Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape '

'The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely horrible. We had to switch rooms 3 times and still couldn’t stay for our trip. Room 1 had vomit down the backside of the headboard and tissues shoved next to it. Room 2 had brown sticky stuff all over the bathroom floor and now shower curtain, plus the mattress was cover with crumbs. Room 3 had fluids all over the dust ruffles and stains on the sheets. The female manager was wonderful. But trying to get a refund for not staying and these conditions...

'I came to relax after a long day at a conference. I planned on going swimming. I never made it there. After making a few phone calls, I realized the bed was too comfortable to move. I had a great night sleep- didn't wake up once for a bathroom trip, and I usually do at home. I highly recommend. '

'Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. '
