The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing...

'I was not made aware at the time of booking that the property was under construction and that the amenities were all closed. '

'Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. '

'This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!'

'I can not give enough stars. Our stay was top notch. Staff is woderful and accommodating. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable. From the pool to the 2 bars and lake you only have to walk maybe 40 ft. Huge bonfire on the beach once it got dark, drinks with the owner. How could anyone ask for more. Highly recommend!!!! We will be back! '
