Kies je hotel in Madison County

'Anyone used to camping will probably enjoy this but it wasn’t the case for us. We usually stay at hotels but thought we’d try this since the pictures looked nice and reviews were good. Overall setting didn’t seem as nice as the pictures, and the space was smaller than we anticipated. This was more like “trailer in the backyard” than “cabin in the woods”, but again, it might just be due to the fact that camping is not our thing. Staff was attentive and room was clean.'

'Net schoon hotel'

'I did not know that the security was this high. You need to be buzzed in to check-in. Thick plexiglass all around the front desk. There were so many people wandering around the parking lot. They do have security on-site driving around.'

'You could tell it was an older style hotel that has been remodeled. The doors do open to the outside which is not something I'm generally comfortable with but it was Culpepper, Virginia. A pretty safe place for a single, female traveler. The only real complaint I have is the storage of the cleaning crews carts. They were stored outside along the back walk way. It was raining when I checked in, it made for a difficult walk from my car to my room. Other than that, everything was fine. If...

'Rooms smell like mildew found 2 roaches in bathroom and had bedbugs ask for another room they don’t have one had to sleep in my truck very rude and disrespectful and disgusting'

'Excellent'

'Beautiful resort, friendly staff, excellent restaurant.'

'Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was very good.'

'Very cute cozy cabin in the woods. No bathroom facility in the cabin so be prepared to use compostable toilet about 40 feet away. It’s like a step down from glamping. I loved the animals on the property and there are some decent hikes there as well. Great location and close to Old Rag!'

'Prima voor doorreis'

'Ons verblijf was in één woord fantastisch! Zeer gastvrije eigenaren, heerlijk diner en ook een fantastisch ontbijt. De suite (Tyler) was veel groter dan we verwacht hadden!'

'My first concern was walking back to my room as all of the smoke/fire detectors were literally hanging by their wires below the ceiling tiles in the hallway. My room reaked of some sort of Aerosol spray I presumed to mask other odors. Upon opening the window for fresh air I found it to be full of dead bugs and live flies. The window screen had was pushed out exposing the room to insects. I observed two dead flies stuck to the ceiling above the bed. It appeared someone had wiped their snot on the...

'Property is very convenient to downtown business, shops & restaurants. The suite was very spacious and clean. Modern decor through-out. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would absolutely recommend!'

'Lovely big rooms.'

'This was one of the best stays we have ever had. A truly phenomenal place.'

'Stayed here for a weekend while hiking Old Rag in Shenandoah. Cozy little place that was well equipped with all the amenities we needed! It's conveniently located close to Shenandoah as well as plenty of vineyards. Would not hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in the area!'
