"I've stayed at this hotel recently, and I've never had such a mediocre experience. As soon as we arrived, the reception was frosty and unprofessional. The room was simply unsanitary: persistent moisture odour, stained bedding, and general cleanliness clearly leaving something to be desired. The location, on the side of the highway, is extremely noisy - you can't close your eyes because of the constant noise of the trucks. To top it all off, the promised equipment (Wi-Fi, swimming pool, air conditioning) was either non-existent or broken, with no explanation or effort to correct the situation. I tried to get compensation for this disastrous experiment, but the staff, totally indifferent, literally ignored me. I strongly advise against this hotel, even for a quick night. This is a disgrace to the hotel industry. J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel récemment, et je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi médiocre. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil était glacial et peu professionnel. La chambre était tout simplement insalubre : odeur d’humidité persistante, literie tachée, et une propreté générale laissant clairement à désirer. La localisation, en bord d'autoroute, est extrêmement bruyante – impossible de fermer l'œil à cause du bruit constant des camions. Pour couronner le tout, les équipements promis (Wi-Fi, piscine, climatisation) étaient soit inexistants, soit en panne, sans aucune explication ou effort pour corriger la situation.
