'Our 2 rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, no hot eggs, but everything else. Coffee, tea, and hot water available into the late night. Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The best was the staff, they couldn't have been more helpful, professional and polite, as well as engaging in conversation during the slow evening we were hanging around in the lobby and pool area. It was very enjoyable and nothing to complain about. '

'We kregen een kamer op de begane grond (nadat wij hadden aangegeven niet zo graag een trap op te willen met zoveel koffers en we zijn slecht ter been). Maar de kamer bleek wat te stinken. Wij gaven dit aan en kregen een gratis upgrade naar een andere kamer! Wat was dat fijne service.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites in Manheim, PA while traveling with our pet. The place is very clean, and the staff was incredibly considerate and understanding. We were supposed to check out at 12 PM, but due to my son’s volleyball game, we didn’t leave until around 3 PM.
