'No gym on the premises and the door to our room opened and closed really hard. The heat/air conditioner was confusing from lower floor to top floor. The room was gorgeous though and the wedding we were there for was great. Super fun spacious 2-floor room. Very nice! Walking distance to a lot of places nearby too.'

'This place was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean, and the towels were super fluffy! Staff was helpful and kind. The location is ideal, with a good variety of restaurants and bars within walking or very short driving distance.'

'We loved the location and the views from our room. The small bathroom was a little challenging. The biggest issue we had was the bed. The floor of our room wasn't level therefore the bed was slanted. Our heads were lower than our feet and it was pretty uncomfortable. They allowed us to leave our bikes in the bike rental building and I am pretty sure someone used my bike. Probably need better communication among staff.'

'The cooling system in the room was very loud. Kept me awake. Sheets were scratchy, not what one would expect from a luxury brand hotel. Beautiful spotlessly clean. Overall, update the rooms.'

'Main building is restored Vermont-style. Looks really nice and includes a good restaurant (good menu, friendly staff, reasonable prices). Motelrooms are clean and spacious from the inside and - we guess - are getting an exterior update. '

'The lodge is idyllic, the staff is excellent, and the grounds are immaculate. The resort is run with Austrian efficiency - so be on time for tours! Great hiking trails and abundant wildlife - we saw a Black Bear! Dining is very Austrian-themed - limited choices for vegetarians - and pricey, even for Stowe. The classic mountain lodge combined with the von Trapp legend make for a memorable vacation.'

'We stayed here for our Anniversary and it was awesome! The room was modern and very cozy. The hotel was located in the middle of Stowe, Vermont so finding a good place to eat isn't hard to find. The fire pit outside along with the hot tub and sauna were also amazing. Overall, we would definitely comeback to a future trip in Stowe. On the side note, the breakfast spread is so good, just hits like home! '

'Leuke omgeving. Mooie rivier achter de kamers. Faciliteiten en kamer teleurstellend. Slecht onderhouden zwembad en vieze hottub. Kamer stonk enorm. Foto’s deden geen recht aan de staat van het hotel. Ook ontbijt was teleurstellend . Oud brood en weinig anders dan yoghurt . Geen aanrader als je langer dan 1 nacht wil blijven'

'Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. '

'Prachtig hotel met mooie ruime kamers die super schoon zijn. Je wordt ontzettend vriendelijk geholpen aan de receptie. Het complex zelf ziet er keurig uit en je kan overal heerlijk zitten er is een zwembad en hottub. In 1 woord een toplocatie.'

'The Inn is historic which is appealing. But, elderly people or people with disabilities should beware that floors are uneven and the stairs are steep & a bit rickety. That said, the staff was very accommodating & helped with the luggage. The room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was the best I've ever had! A bonus is that there is a Tavern right next door that served delicious food.'
