'The floors were filthy. Our feet are covered in dirt. When I checked out and told the front desk clerk she tried making excuses. Needs a good sweeping and mopping between each guest. The windows are dirty. Very spotted from not being washed in a long time. Inside and out. Shelves were dusty to the point it looked like dust bunnies falling to the floor. 'Everything was wonderful, great parking, cute pool, very nice staff. The breakfast was packed so we had to sit on the sofa to eat, we saw a touch of mold on the lamp shade. Next time I pass through this area I will stay here again '

' Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street. '

'This was our first Vrbo experience. We stayed 8 nights. The location off of I-81 was perfect. Check in was super easy. The code to the door arrived two days before our trip. I gave 5 stars to communication with the host, but I gave 5 stars because I didn't have a need to communicate with him. Some minor repairs are needed, but other guests mentioned them so I did not feel I had to communicate them as well. I actually prefer the no contact check in because my dog does not care for...

'We were in town for my daughters college graduation. I stayed here with my two sons and two gransons. everyone was very pleased. we could even walk to the casino during the down time. We all greed we will likely rent this property again.'

'It is a nice place to stay for convenience. Easy to get to and within driving distance of many places in Bristol. The area it is in may be a little run down but I felt safe. '
