« We were VERY disappointed the pool wasn’t open ……because the health department had shut them down. We should have been informed before we booked this hotel. Upon checking out, I asked for a discount, because an indoor pool was important when deciding where to stay. The man at the desk said we would have to talk to the manager. I asked for the manager….the answer was “ The manager isn’t here”. Why tell me to talk to the manager if there wasn’t one. Needless to say, no discount for not...

« Chose this hotel because it was close to a nearby town. I saw the outside and thought, "It's ok, it's only two nights. I've stayed in a similar place and the room is a clean refuge from a seedy outside." Nope. I took my stuff and stayed at my brother's house. The bed sheets were draping down to the floor under the comforter and the pillows were just thrown on the middle of the bed. There weren't lampshades on the lamps--so just bare bulbs. There was a refrigerator, but it was warm inside. ...
