'At check in, no one was present at the desk so I rang the bell. The agent came out of the back, looked at the floor and picked something up, went back, proceeded to vacuum the back office, then start vaccuming the lobby all while I was standing there. Once checked in, we went to the room to find there was no soap in the room (by the sink or in the shower). We went to the desk to purchase a soda and get soap. 'There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom. '

'Booked 2 king rooms. Upon arrival we were appointed 1 king room and 1 queen room. Checking with the front desk gave us the answer that we booked 1 king and 1 queen room. The room was ok.Walking around in the hotel area we saw that a lot of the businesses were closed and the town looked like it has had is best time. Had diner and breakfast in hotel. Breakfast was great and the waiter was very good and gave good service.'

'Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The staff were very kind, though sometimes a bit hard to find. We had a great trip! '

'We got to breakfast an hour before they close and there was no coffee and no staff to ask for coffee. The key fob for the door quit working at 9 AM and checkout isn’t until 11 and there was no staff around to ask questions about it. On top of that, they took the $50 for the damage deposit and we left the room in perfect condition.'
