'Staff can use a customer service training. Staff is not friendly. The people in the front are rude and don’t have basic manners like greeting you. The only people who are friendly in the whole hotel are the people in the valet. Rooms also don’t get clean every day but every other day. Overall not a bad place to stay but I would explore other options first.'

'This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Everything is clean and perfectly maintained from the hotel room to the hallways to the outdoor areas. Everyone who works there from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.'

'Prima hotel/motel vlak aan het strand. Gratis fietsen, gratis foto kiosk=leuk. Warm welkom, lekker eten in het restaurant en strandbar. Kamers zijn modern met alle comfort, prime tv inclusief. Goede ligging.'

'After the hurricane hit Kiaua island the ocean front was destroyed yet the garden side was still functioning and they did their best to accommodate us.'

'The place is beautiful but it was not a super clean resort. The rug was stained and the outside just felt dirty. Everything else was good'

'Prachtig resort alleen restaurant op het resort . Erg slecht de maaltijden en ongezellig . Koffiebar alleen in de ochtend tot 10 am open . Er jammer . Dan heb je aan het restaurant bij het zwembad . En dat is slecht . En ongezellig . '

'Mooie appartementen. Wat verouderd maar wel ruim. Wasmachine was zeer handig. Zorg dat je niet in de apartementen 121 komt want dan heb je in de nacht last van geluid van een pomp '

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'

'Goede ligging en ruime kamer. Heerlijk bed. '
