'absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.'

'The hotel is a little older, it looks like it is slowly being updated. The mattresses are very old, springs coming out on the corners and very soft, the carpeting looked relatively new. The breakfast was plentiful. If the mattresses were replaced I'd give it a higher rating.'
