'On-site amenities, the room size and staff experience'

'het is een goed hotel goed gelegen in louisville en we voelde ons veilig, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. goede parkeergelegenheden'

'The room was so clean it made the stay very relaxing.'

'The restaurant had the BIGGEST portions EVER! The staff was friendly from front desk to bar to wait staff in the morning for breakfast. Obviously convenient location. GREAT for IHG members, upgraded to a Suite and recognized all the time!'

'Wi-Fi was slow & intermittent'

'We arrived after check-in time and still had to sit and wait for a room. I also had to park in a lot that was not affiliated with the hotel, which was not explained. And add insult in injury I was charged the wrong price by the hotel, called them, and spoke to a supervisor with Hilton overall and was told basically the price was the price. It didn’t matter what Expedia said, and then went to Expedia and had the best experience in getting this result. I chatted online and it took me five...

'This is a well-maintained hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The property is very clean with comfortable rooms full of amenities like WiFi, mini-fridges, microwaves, toiletries, luggage rack, etc. The daily breakfast was delicious with lots of options. And the front desk staff were warm & kind.'

'Everything was great. I was only confused as to why the room didn't have a microwave.'

'Overall, the experience was good. I didn't like that I requested extra towels and never got them.'

'nice hotel'

'Overall had a great experience. Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The amenity’s are surprisingly good! They had a good selection of food (breakfast and snack/dinner) included with the stay. Even had a mini bar you could buy for a night cap for a only buck. Overall was happy with our stay!'
