« This place is nicer than the pictures. The wood plank inside makes the place smell so nice. It's brand spanking new with amazing lighting and great views. And despite a previous review, the shower water is nice and hot! I recommend bringing your boat with you and reserve a slip so you can explore Vermilion. What a jewel and amazing opportunity to be able to visit Vermilion on the water. We will be coming back. »

« The room was super clean, including the bathroom, but that was the only plus side. There was lots of noise, including dogs, people’s alarms, and people up at 6 o’clock in the morning yelling down the hall. The bed was also not comfortable at all with springs popping out of the mattress. »

« Parking inside the gate was an issue on a popular weekend. I also suggest planning ahead on how to park in approved lots and how to get your stuff to and from the gate if you are not buying a parking pass. »

« Great location near downtown Sandusky and Cedar Point. Great shower, living space, kitchen, cold A/C, and easy parking. Easy check in and check out. The only reason for not a perfect 5 stars is noise. The room does include a sound machine which helps, but this is a bottom floor unit and everyone that stayed upstairs above us was either up late or early. And, even if they were not intentionally loud, we heard every footstep which is notable if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it is just...

« If you want the best location in Vermilion, look no further!!! Steps from the beach (about 2 min walk, even with a toddler in tow!), right above all the shops and restaurants you could ever want… it was truly a treasure to get to stay at this sweet spot! « This is the perfect place for a family vacation. The location is convenient and walkable to restaurants, activities and my favorite, an awesome coffee shop a few steps away. The hosts have provided everything you’ll need down to two types of coffee pots. The house is immaculately clean, the bedrooms are large and comfortable. I would be very happy to return to this property. »
