'Honestly, wouldn’t come here again if i could avoid it. The room/bathroom had not been swept or mopped and there was hair from the previous people all over the floor. i had to call the front desk to request that to be cleaned. But the front desk staff were really helpful though, appreciate you guys! Oh Also it was lowkey ghetto….. everything was just outdated too'

'Staff originally did not see my reservation as it seemed like another staff cancelled it before I arrived and there was no manager on site. The staff member did do what she could to fix the issue quickly and was very pleasant to work with. She was apologetic about the situation. Included breakfast was horrible and morning staff did not seem to want to set up additional food when they ran out. They didn’t have much food options to begin with. 'Our first room had a dog down the hall that barked for 2.5 hours straight. When i went to the desk to request a room change there were guests checking out for the same reason. The front desk was happy to move our room. We get to the second room and there is yet another dog that barked for a solid hour. The issue I had was when I brought the used ones to be exchanged, they didn't have any clean ones available. 'Entering the office it was old and unkept the attendant was hard to understand. He asked if any of us smoked and looked at my 12 year old and asked if she smoked which was appalling to me. When we get into the room it smelled musty like no one had bothered to clean it in a while, there is cigarette holes on both bed blankets, the faucet in the bathroom tub was leaking, the shower curtain looked like there was mold in it, there was no tissues in the container, the TV was unplugged and the cable...

'Fantastisc decorated cabin, country style. It looks great from the in and outside. The cabin is in a very private part of Janells garden. It has everything you need. Beds are super! Janell is a super host. Communication up front was clean and She welcomed us with cake and a Nice card. Janell was helpful with whatever we asked.
