'Prachtig hotel'

'We hadden ons zelf geü naar en mooiere kamer met een betere view.'

'Kamer was schoon, geen uitzicht vanwege veel begroeiing voor raam, was geen personeel aanwezig en on line check inn was alleen in chinees!! Accommodatie lag in centrum dus perfect. '

'Great location at walking distance from Hualien. It was very busy around New Year. Staff and service got better afterwards. There was a very friendly woman serving breakfast. We gave permission to not clean our room the first day, but they also skipped the 2nd day. Could have used the new bottles of water and clean towels. '

'Mooi hotel met prima service en in zeer goede staat. Wel handig als je n auto hebt, ligt prachtig maar wel afgelegen. Uitgebreid ontbijt.'

'Schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel'

'The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay.'

'Rustige kamers met uitstekende bedden en moderne voorziening. Hotel personeel vriendelijk maar beperkt in Engels. Ontbijt vooral gericht op Aziatische klanten. Beschikt over eigen parkeerplaats ( gratis).'

'Mooi hotel. Goed onderhouden en ruime kamers. Ernie een winkelgebied op loopafstand. Ook de night market is op loopafstand'

'This is a beautiful hotel with genuinely beautiful rooms. We loved the view over the water. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The location is central and excellent for exploring downtown Hualien. Amenities are hit and miss. Weirdly, there’s no laundry service, for example, even though there was a laundry bag in the closet. It took multiple conversations with staff and two trips to the lobby to figure out that laundry service isn’t available (and with the hot and humid climate...

'Hotel is in a quiet location. Spacious room, good sized bathroom all very clean. Nice ocean view from the 6th floor. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food items to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.'

'Staff were very friendly and professional. Environment was quite nice. Breakfast has many variations , might be one of the best breakfast. Many parking spaces, and was easy to booking a golf car service. My only complaint is the bed itself was firm and pillows wasn't comfortable for me and my husband. Overall it was a nice stay for my family.'

'The price /quality was excellent. Will come back! Unfortunately no breakfast served but the 7-eleven is just around the corner.'

'Good experience, will visit the hotel again for family gathering.'
