« Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs? »

« A cozy, cute, unique property, better than pictured. Close to town but with a very country feel. Loved the sunrise view from the porch swing, the sound of nature waking up all around us, and the Bald Eagle sightings every morning from the front deck. The hosts are such nice people! They provided ebikes for us to use; we took them to the New River Trail - an amazing way to spend the day, because this is a gorgeous trail. We also went to New River Outdoor Adventures for kayaking on the New River....

« Family friendly. Very clean. A true shower rather than bath with handheld would be an improvement. So glad we arrived in the daytime as it would have been a bit confusing to get to at night. Overall lovely one night stop! »

« What a wonderful quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Everything was super clean. The surroundings were excellent. Great place to take kiddos because of the creek (we will be back someday). The two things I would change... The mattress in the bed close to laundry room is really uncomfortable. We wound up moving to second bedroom because our other couple didn’t show. It was fine. Just needs and upgrade so folks can be comfortable. And the kitchen needs some good pots...
