'Staff helpful! They do not have laundry service at this location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and train. The property was pretty clean but did allow pets so there was a good bit of dog hair especially in the elevator - if you have allergies this might be an issue. They were understaffed so I will give them a little grace and thanks to the staff that did come to work.'

'Nice facility, well maintained, great breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue was semi truck outside ran all night long making it difficult to sleep. This needs to be addressed.'

'Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

'30 minuten staan bellen en toeteren eer iemand kwam. Alhoewel ze je zagen staan. 30 minuten voor check Inn. Eerst moest tv in receptie aan op YT channel. De kamer en badkamer zijn dringend aan renovatie toe. Internet valt steeds weg, zelfs in de receptie. Ben er 3 jaar geleden verbleven en toen was het er netjes. Het was toen nog in handen van Amerikanen en nu Indiërs. Continentaal ontbijt ontbreekt ook. Er is nog geen heet water voor thee. '

'When I book a property I always go directly to the actual site to check out all aminities. The property was NOTHING like the site! We immediately asked for a refund but it was refused. Totally misleading!'

'The room was filthy it stuck. The bathtub was so dirty I wouldn't get in it. And the bathroom smelled like pee really really bad it was just nasty all the way around I would not recommend it to anybody .'

'The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross.'

'The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future.'

'The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!'
