« Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...

« The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done. « My family was thoroughly impressed with the Molly Cabin at Black Dog Cabins. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend booking if you have the chance. Close to the town of Round Top with nice shops and restaurants. »

« We were a Red Hat Ladies group of 5 women of a “certain age” who came to Schulenberg to see the Painted Churches. The house was the perfect place for us to stay since it is located just a short distance from the Chamber of Commerce where the tour started! Also, the house is located right across from the police department:). All five of us enjoyed the “Victorian” decor and home.
