'I made reservations for a suite that was supposed to have a pullout sofa bed. The room was not a suite and it did not have a pullout sofa bed. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. The pictures aren’t accurate with what I got.'

'the staff was absolutely so caring and so amazing. They were so helpful and I looked forward to seeing them in the morning at breakfast :). The place was very clean and I loved that they had pots and pans and a kitchen because it helped us save money on the trip !! The hotel was in a great area with lots around and we felt very safe.'
