« My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years and this vacation location and accommodations exceeded all expectations. Bob and Vicki are by far the best host we've ever dealt with. The cabin was spotless, we were even greeted by some little goodies. We WILL stay there again and hopefully for a longer period of time. »

« It was a very nice and peaceful place to stay. It is about a 50 minute drive to Charlotte if you wanted a place to stay away from there, but close enough to go there. We would stay again. »

« We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked. »

« The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. I chose not to argue since I didn’t want to ruin our family trip, but future guests should expect additional charges. Second, privacy was an issue the owner lives in the basement, and it felt...
