'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'This was a horrible hotel!! Nothing was clean the floors in the room were sticky! Stains everywhere on the bed, floor, and ac unit! Also the bathroom tub had mold in it!! Parts of the shower was disconnected! This was unacceptable!! Even the grounds of the hotel was chipping paint and looked like it was not properly maintained!! We will never stay here!! We literally took checked in and less then 30 mins later left and found another hotel as this one was just terrible and we could not stay!!'

The water is hot and the pressure is good: Expedia quoted a price of $40.00 more, nightly, for an extra Guest. The Bill charged $430.00! I would like to know why there is such a large, disparity....

'Our time was amazing. We ended up extending one night. Pool was great - kids had an amazing time. Breakfast had options for everyone, it was plentiful and filling. Housekeeping was very sweet and accommodating. We arrived at night since we had a 11 hour drive in - receptionist was welcoming and had the biggest smile on her face every-time we saw her. Our accommodations - 2 Adults 3 Kids. Many outlets and everyone had their own space. Location - perfect. Literally in the best spot. Many food...

'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'
