'Everything was wonderful we had a hair competition and it was right next door to our hotel.and the room was wonderful no problems..we needed extra towels and it took them no time to quicklyget us fresh ones .everything we needed was in one spot and was right on the beach It had in door pools..ice cream spot..arcades ..nail salon..restaurants...and even a convience store it had everything we love it'

'My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. '

'Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in.'

'I love staying here, however I have two issues: 1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys. 2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.'
