'The rooms were not clean. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before there was someone at the front desk. When informed of the wait, he merely said nothing and began to check me in. '

If I had not called several other 'known associates' that I found online we would have been locked out all night in the cold. The host does not offer an alternate contact option. Then the second night it was rather cold at 12 and only 1 of the heaters was working. The information binder indicated extra blankets but...

'Very convenient location for Jeff city - maybe a little too convenient as the traffic noise from the 3 converging major highways (oh and the train line) things get a little noisy at times. But host was very communicative and easy to deal with. '
