« The room was clean and the bedding was extra comfortable. I loved the indoor pool and the spa. I will definitely be staying there again. »

« The first room we were given smelled like old cigarettes and mold. There were bread crusts on the floor under the edge of the bed (clearly visible) and though the bed was made there was an imprint on the top cover of someone sitting on the bed. The clerk at the desk moved into another room that was reasonably clean. Entire building smelled like chlorine and mold, and the hallways and stairs h were not vacuumed during our stay. »

« Both rooms had dirty/stained bedding. Front desk had bedding changed in one after we complained and had the other room changed to a different room, which also had stains on the bedding. Beds were comfortable surprisingly but the rooms were not clean. We tried to get a refund and go to a different hotel but they refused. »
