« House was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed for our 3 day stay. Owners were very accommodating to our early check-in request. »

« This is an exceptional property. We were here for our son's wedding and had other family staying with us. The #bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Beds were so comfortable! Plenty of towels. Loved the covered deck in the morning with coffee and a nice spot to hang out in the evening too. Really a lovely stay and would highly recommend! »

« The space was just as described and worked well for our stay. It’s not fancy or high-end, but it’s definitely cozy and comfortable. The location was super convenient—easy access to the interstate, downtown, and the stadium. It’s right off Cornhusker Highway, so you do hear a bit of traffic, but it didn’t bother us.The house fit three of us comfortably. More than that and it might start to feel a little tight. « This is our fourth consecutive year of staying at this amazing property!! we are a group of retired nurses and thoroughly enjoy our time together. The house is spacious and very comfortable. We dnjoyef the pool time and our visits with Harriet. So many wonderful memories of our time together. »

« The property is in a great location for the University of Nebraska visits and events. It’s in an older neighborhood with smallish houses. The home is clean and cozy, and communication with the host is easy. Highly recommend this property. »

« First time returning home for Christmas in the last six years- Bruce was extremely helpful and communicative when I had initial issues with figuring out the thermostat (a nest device) - additionally was a lifesaver giving I'm assistance when my partner had a medical issue. 10/10 will return next time I make it back for Christmas. »

« We were in town for a marathon and stayed one night. This location isn’t in a super. Busy or populated area but that was perfect for us. The recreational area was nice area to just chill. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Parking is is right in front of your room doors but can be a little tight »

« My boyfriend and I returned to Lincoln to visit all of our favorite places and catch up with friends we made in college :) The Herbie Motel was a perfect landing pad for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! There was a secure fence around the entire facility which made the kinda rough neighborhood feel a lot safer. I would recommend this rental to others traveling to the area and will be returning! »
