« Some distance from the main road and no neighboor next to my room so it was quiet and I slept well. The room need to be renovated. Everything is dark and smell bad. Althoug smoking is forbidden since many years, the old smoke smell has not been removed. Armchair, A/C, bedspread and curtains are very old and shall be changed. Lighting is insufficient. »

« Some lite were burn out-not working, No coffee cups for coffee-desk clerk said cups were on order. I came back to my room at 4:30 pm to change shirts, my door was proped open, maid cart was nearby. I went into room, no one was around, changed shirts and left. I returned to room at 9:00 pm for the evening, room door was STILL PROPED OPEN!!!!! No one was around. That is a breach of security, forturnatly nothing was missing. I will NEVER stay at another property owned by there people!!! A...

« We stayed here a 2nd time within two weeks to visit family and attend a funeral. This place felt like home for us Texans and it will be the first place we look to stay when back in Williamsburg. »

« Huge clean room with cold refrigerator and a microwave to heat the leftover food from the Mexican restaurant next door. Close to everything. »
