'The historic building now an hotel was very impressive and informative with pictures displayed throughout the building. I was informed about the parking which was valet parking lot and street park which is allowed Friday after 5pm till Monday morning for free! I like that everything is walking distance if you prefer to walk over driving. Like the local bars or shop in the area. I was a little confused and disappointed about breakfast I thought it was included in the stay but when I arrived...

'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'So the hotel and Expedia think that a urine or feces stain on your bed is a valid reason to not give back your money. Also dead bugs at the front. When we told them about the dirty sheets, they just gave us 3 small dirty sheets that they expected us to change ourselves.'

'They offered a nice variety of breakfast options. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I did notice some chipped paint in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was very nice. Parking was okay, would recommend parking in front of the doors to load and unload if you didn't pack light.'
