'There was a large group while we were there, and kids were running around quite a bit. (Nothing against kids) We noticed food and wrappers around the hotel that went unchecked by the group (come on people, do better), but unfortunately were also not taken care of in a timely manner by hotel staff. (For example: things we noticed laying out in the morning along the path/route to the pool, were still not taken care of in the evening. (dropped food, wrappers, empty bottles, etc.) That being said,...

'The hotel grounds and common areas like entrance and foyer where in good condition and looked really nice. I’ll be at the motive was a bit outdated. But the room themselves were pretty low quality. They upgraded us to a larger room, which was nice, but the furniture is seating, bed, chairs, or all very old and uncomfortable. The hotel needs a lot of renovation. However, the price was fair given those issues.'

'Prima hotel, goede service.'

'The bed was hard as a rock and it seemed as though a swiffer was used to clean and not an actual mop! Nice place if you’re just staying one night'

'The property had a horrible stench when you walked in the door, the elevator stunk and the room was so awful you felt like you couldn’t breathe. In fact, we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in and had to find another hotel. We have used Expedia in the past with positive results. This was a disaster. Expedia was no help. They gave us a $75 credit and we lost over $500 for a weekend. We will NEVER book with Expedia again. And NEVER stay at this hotel!'

'Everything was fine.'

'Room was in disrepair, with a piece from the wall detached and a hole in the bathroom door. Room had definitely been cleaned, which was a plus. Understaffing just allowed some things to be missed, like the sticky bathroom floor and a smear of poop on the bathroom curtain. Hotel was short on linens with a note on the managers door to not give guests additional linens as there weren't enough to go around. It did seem like the staff and management were trying and were in the process of improving...
