'Fantastic property with great views of the mountains and oceans. Lots of wildlife with monkeys, pizotes, macaw’s, hawks & other beautiful birds. The location was excellent. Easy access to main road with a lot of great restaurants and golf in 10 minute range. Fresh fish, fruits and vegetables also available from roadside vendors. The Infiniti pool was very rejuvinating. 'Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did. 'Our stay at Madreselva was magical. Carolina took care of us like we were family. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9. We were concerned about there not being air conditioning since we are from TX but it wasn’t needed at all. The driveway was long and twisty but 100% worth it for the views. '
