« While the place was nice and cool when we arrived and it smelled clean for the most part was not really clean. The place seemed to have a fly problem and I think I discovered why, the bottom of the trash can had a bunch of gunk at the bottom that clearly wasn’t cleaned. It was not visible due to the bag being in but noticed it when I threw out the trash. The floors were dirty with it being very noticeable under the beds. « I would give the luxury waterfront condo in A rating. How everyone in the family had such a great time, there were things for everyone to do from the 5yr old to the 16-year-old. There was fishing out the back door, games, gaming system and puzzles and books for all ages. The place was clean, and spacious. There were plenty of beds for everyone, with an air mattress in the closet. We didn't even use those. So many things are close! Love the Sun rise and sunset could be seen just walking distance...
