'The lift was broken so the service lift was the only option. However the landing areas were 'behind the scenes' and poor quality. I did not much care for the long black hairs stuck to the walls of the shower from a previous guest. Clearly not a good cleaning regime. The shower has my pet hate. The shower controls are behind the door. You can't use them without being inside it and it is too small to avoid getting the inevitable blast of cold water that is living in the pipes before whatever...

'Absolutely awful stay, although it must have been a great hotel to stay 20 years ago. It’s nothing like that anymore and nothing like that. Rooms are enormously old, reception is unfriendly and not showing that they don’t want to work there. Extra: I have received a parking fine even though I submitted my car registration number. After multiple times of contacting the hotel. Promising cancellations of the fine, nothing has been done.'
