'Even though we arrived extremely late for check-in around 1:00 AM, the night receptionist was incredibly accommodating and even offered us a late checkout. The room was spotless, the bed was super cozy, and the shower had fast hot water. The complimentary breakfast was a great touch, too! While we initially declined the late checkout, we changed our minds the next morning, and the morning receptionist graciously granted it without hesitation. 'The bathroom in particular was not clean. The shower curtain was moldy and made tge bathroom smell terrible when the door was shut for a period of time. The baseboard around the bathroom was filthy with dust and hair. To top it off the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were nice and professional and took our feedback well, which is important.'

'Clean rooms and had everything working well. The only thing was way too many homeless people at the entrance which made it difficult to stop in and had to do couple lapse driving around before entering. Which made it feel very iffy about the place but the receptionist assured us the car was safe outside as we as we were too. Honestly wouldn’t stay there again due to bad location.'

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'

'The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. If I could ZERO stars!'
