'1.対応は良かったと思います。客室のドアのロックができないことに気づいたのが、PM2時ころ。フロントのスタッフに声かけて部屋をすぐに変えてもらったのは、よかった。 ただし、朝、ルームクリーニングに入ってから14時まで、ノンロック状態であったことが気になる。クリーニングしたスタッフはわかっていたはず。 2.チェックインのとき、「この予約はキャンセルされています」との言葉。驚きますよね。ただし、エクスペディアからの予約票を持っていたし、チェックイン前日にコンファメーションしたと告げたら、了解して部屋を準備してくれた。ことは良かったけどびっくりしたよ。 3.部屋はきれい。 4.朝食はそこそこ準備されていて美味しかった。 たぶん次回も使います。'

'I stayed at this hotel during the Canton Fair. They haven't bus service that takes you from the hotel to the fair. It is about a 45 minute drive so it's not close to the fair area. As far as the location off this hotel it is about 20 minute walk from Beijing Street which is a very nice walking area near the Buddha temple. This hotel has some nice traditional monuments around that one can walk to. The hotel is spread out so rooms can be in different buildings. My room was in a different building...
