« It was a good hotel for business, the room was spacious. The only thing that was off for us was the cigarette smell. We booked a nonsmoking room. But the smell room smells like cigarettes. The person in front of our room was smoking and sitting with the door open, thus the smell on the whole floor. We reported it to the staff and they promptly acted on it. But after that the person still smokes and sits with the door open. We gave up reporting him. »

« The cleaning lady was very nice. I was only going to be there for 4 nights and so I hung the "Do not disturb" sign up (I'm not one of those tourists who expects my bed made every day - I can keep things tidy myself), but she still kindly left two bottles of water for me every morning and that helped - I am so grateful for her kindness.
Also, the breakfasts were very nice. It was buffet style and the food choices were very good.
Now for the negative stuff - it's like a minimum-security prison...
