Garbage disposal didn’t work, wasn’t told. Had to go purchase drain cleaner to try and clear drain. Hot water was sporadic.

The condo was wonderfully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for our family to enjoy our time in Daytona Beach. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and fun things to do. We would absolutely stay here again.

Renter Beware

The condo itself is beautiful - luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The location is idyllic, nine stories up and overlooking the ocean, and within walking distance to shops, entertainment and restaurants. So why the poor rating? Two of the three rooms had a bed bug infestation, and my son was bitten badly! The property management group responded quickly, and sprayed the unit just before we vacated the property two days early, but that act most likely drove a cockroach out of hiding as we were packing to leave. Adding to poor experience, the property management group did not seem too concerned about the incident. They were very poor in communicating after the fact, and I had to reach out to them for updates repeatedly. Additionally, the group only refunded the last night of our stay, and the cost of the the hotel room for the night. Sadly, I was never made aware of the refund and only discovered it while conducting banking business. Three weeks after the fact, my family and I, have yet to receive any acknowledgment or anything resembling an apology...

Amazing

This condo was great! It was clean and roomy and beautifully decorated! The balcony gave you a great view of the ocean. The pictures do not do it justice!! The bathrooms were well stocked with towels for our whole family! The security was wonderful, we felt very safe. It was great to be able to park in the garage and know your vehicle was inside and safe! We would definitely go back! It was the perfect place for our family!

Family vacation and graduation celebration

Wonderful stay. Ocean front balcony is incredible! We watched a rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center one evening. Beach was great. Lots of room on beach during our off week for Daytona events. Kitchen is beautiful, place is up to date and modern, and it’s so easy getting in and out not digging keys out of pockets! And the beds are so comfortable, everyone caught up on sleep. Coordination with property management is super easy using text or email. I will definitely look here first next trip!

The pictures on your website look great but when we entered, the unit was absolutely stunning with breathtaking ocean views. The unit was spacious & beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. The only issue was the pool was not completed but we knew that from your disclaimer. It was still one of the best units we have ever booked & would love to return next year.

This is an excellent place to stay. The ocean view is spectacular, the place is tastefully designed and decorated, and extremely clean. We all love this place and for sure, will rent again. The kitchenware is adequate.

More Than Expected

We had myself, my wife, her parents and our 6 month old. The Condo had everything and more. The amount of items provided from kitchen to the beach was way more than we were counting on. The views were amazing and it served our purposes beyond a shadow of a doubt. Checking in and out was a breeze and the property managers were friendly and helpful. We are already considering booking again for next year.

Great vacation

We loved the condo and overall property. One thing that needs desperately to be updated is the master bedroom mattress. Need a more comfortable mattress and less "bouncy". Only a couple of things I would bring up that need to be brought to the condos attention: 1- those of us that don't smoke pot don't appreciate having to smell it in the garage (and therefore in our car) or in the elevators. Thank heavens the smell didnt permeate the room itself. 2- have a time restriction for noise. Seems some people aren't quite sure when to stop being extremely loud and banging doors. Overall though, great condo. Love the decorations.

Perfect condo for a beach vacation!!

It was a beautiful condo with everything we needed. Any problems which were very few were quickly addressed and fixed without inconveniencing us. We were even given a credit for a faucet leak. We had a nice patio overlooking the ocean to watch the sunrise. Perfect Beach access.

Condition of unit disappointing

The space in this unit can't be beat. Very spacious! The building was nice and the pool was great. It is a little weird that you have to walk through the parking garage to get to the pool and beach. Very nice, spacious balcony, and even though this is a side unit, you still get a great view of the ocean. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice and updated. Unit came with lots of beach towels and boogie boards. We left our sand toys behind for future renters. No beach chairs. However, The carpet in this unit is very poor. Huge bleach stain in the center of the dining room and poor patching and seams throughout. Three of the TVs did not work. They were able to reset one of them halfway through our stay, but two of them wouldn't turn on at all. There are no screens on any of the sliding doors, and they really don't lock. The handle on the master bedroom door is broken off. There was an old bottle of wine found in the kitchen when we checked in. There is an unfinished drywall patch in the ceiling of the master bath shower. We probably would not rent this unit again unless the carpet is updated and the maintenance needs have been taken care of. The management of Oceans Luxury was very nice. The updates needed are probably an owner decision.

Seaside Paradise

Felt like I was in a dream. The decor was superb. Everything we needed was available to us and the beds were super comfortable. Waking up to ocean sunrise in the master suite was luxurious. Many beach supplies including kids toys, chairs, boogie boards and towels were available.

Beautiful, Clean and Relaxing with VERY comfortable beds

We had a wonderful stay at the oceanfront 3 bedroom condo at the OPUS. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. My mother was with us and she is wheelchair-bound. She was able to get around the apartment beautifully including the balcony with some assistance. We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean and watching the sunrise. Steps away from the beach with easy access. The pool was out of commission like many other properties because of the recent hurricanes/storms but we didn’t miss it at all because we come for the beach. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well.
