« The view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing. Stocked with enough essentials to get us started. Renata was always quick to answer any questions we had and very friendly. Only disappointment was the low water pressure and full size beds, (not queen) and honestly, need to be replaced soon. Overall, would recommend this condo. »

« The room pictured and the room we stayed in were not the same. There is no Murphy bed. There is not a full size fridge. We didn’t get our check in information until after checkin time and we had to ask for it. The room has a lot of rugs, that just didn’t feel clean. There is no storage or place to put your things with the exception of a small hanging rack. None of the automatic trash cans worked. The fan remote didn’t work until we figured out the batteries were in backwards. The unit we stayed...

« Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. « Our state was good check in was easy. Don’t stop by the front desk. Just go to the room and enter the code in the box to get in the beds were nice. Comfortable floors seemed a little gritty not too bad. the building is old and has need for renovation some spots, but unfortunately, it was a little chilly and needed some heat, but the property manager did not know how to get the heat to work and I thought it was a little bit overpriced at 210 a night. »
