The overall vibe on property was divided between Wyndham and the condo association. That was very evident in multiple places. The condo overall was very nice. Upon arrival, there was a blow dryer for a big wet spot on the carpet which they said was attributed to a previous tenant spilling some water. It was far more than that. It was very wet for days. The refrigerator and freezer were very poor and could not keep ice frozen in the freezer. The refrigerator could barely keep a drink cool on the coldest setting. Reported it 5 PM one day and no response or action until 21 hours later without success. We encountered multiple bug bites while sleeping. Neither TV worked properly upon arrival and required communication with the owners. The common pool areas, although expected, to have many children, these young children were routinely unsupervised with a lot of running on the pool decks. At one point, I counted 15 underage children in one hot tub alone. I hold the parents accountable, but the property couldâve done at least something to adhere to some of the rules. We will not be back again and would not recommend this to anyone.I would like to say that Angel was a gentleman that came to our unit to help with some of the issues and was wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately, he could not control these issues.
