Flats in Daytona Beach

'My week stay was during the 3rd week in April. The unit was qaint and comfortable. It had all the needed basics as well as beach towels. The bed was comfortable. The smaller single pull out was not comfortable for an adult but fine for a child. The full pullout was not used . Weather was nice, beach water was chilly so it was nice to have the 2 pools one heated one not, which were kept very clean. Communication for ck in and out was problem free. Would stay again.'

'My husband tried to unclog the 50 year old tub. I let Kelly know. She further related that “there had to be an emergent” call with maintenance” to glue soap dish back in place. She made a blatant lie in the message that we had “ripped” off the soap dish. The rules and demands for everything that is expected of the guest is RIDICULOUS! On top of that she expects me to pay 150.00 for gluing on a soap dish. Bring garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper as they only supply a meager amt and expect...

'First Michelle was great to deal with and Quick to answer all my questions! The condo was beautiful and comfortable with a great ocean front view. It was clean and everything needed was there. We were there during Jeep beach and the building was busy but the condo was quiet and we didn’t hear the neighbors. We would most definitely book this place again '

'I would absolutely recommend booking this condo simply due to the location! We loved how easily accessible the beach was. Almost everything is back open, 1 outdoor pool is open with lots of chairs surrounding the pool, both indoor hot tubs are open and running as they should be as well as the indoor pool. Beach access was very easy, you just had to go through the pool area and out the side gate. The condo was a great space. There was a small misunderstanding, if you want to use the pullout couch...

'Refurbish going on during May 2026 stay so it wasnt the cleanest on the exterior. The room.itslef was great. Clean, everthring as pictured. Beds were comfortable.The manager was great and very accomodating. '
