The host spoils what could have been a pleasant stay. The facility was nice overall. The condo itself appeared smaller than in the description but we decided to make the best of our time there. The pool and beach are right outside the building but you need a key fob to move in and out of the building and in and out of the beach gate. This wouldn't be a big deal except you only get 1 fob. This means if you need to go back into the building and your family decides to go down to the beach then they need to wait until you return to get the key fob. The logistical gymnastics was annoying but overall we endured it. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable and the layout was odd with enormous walk in closets and tiny bedrooms. Honestly, I wouldn't have written a review but the host decided to send me a bill 2 weeks after we checked out. They claimed we "stained" towels and sheets. First, we didn't stain anything. Second, even if we did and you take pictures of dirty towels and sheets 2 weeks later then that doesn't mean they couldn't be cleaned. I've rented through VRBO over and over again without ever any accusations of damage. Contacting me 2 weeks after our stay for tiny "stains" that I seriously doubt we even did is over the top. We had plans to return this fall to stay here but this petty billing ruined it.
