« Cozy Gray House is the perfect name for this home! Everything was perfect. Great coffee and sweets were waiting for us and was the perfect touch. We were in town for a family wedding and only 10 kin from the venue! Beautiful views everywhere you drive too! « From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely transported. The main room is lovingly themed after the Green Dragon Inn, and it truly felt like we'd just walked into the heart of the Shire. With its rustic charm, inviting hearth, and intricate, immersive details, it was easy to imagine hobbits gathering for laughter, music, and second breakfasts.The house felt like a treasure hunt in the best possible way. « This was a great place to stay near our family, and appreciated in an area with not many options for hotels. The listing is exactly as described and perfect for a small family or 3 adults. We would definitely stay again! »

« My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...

« The property was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful grounds. This was exactly what we wanted and have already talked about coming back. The host was very prompt with communication, and quick to respond to a request we had. The hayride was so great for our granddaughters and they loved feeding the cows! We enjoyed the fire pit too. An absolute 10 out of 10 review from all of us. Thanks for such a great long weekend. »

« We had an absolute beautiful stay at this amazing property! The sunsets and views were stunning, the personal touches made upon our arrival, and good company (Wolfgang and Chrissy are now great friends!). We took the canoe out for the day and LOVED the float along the water.We will definately be back again! »
