The living room also boasts an easy to use gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The balcony includes another gas fireplace and sunshades for added comfort and relaxation.

The property features an assigned boat slip, accommodating one boat. Please note that boat trailers are not allowed on the premises, ensuring a clutter-free and serene environment for all guests.
