« Lovely cottage but not where Expedia show it in the town centre. Longden common is nice and the red lion pub just down the road is a good place to eat. Stairs a very steep so something to be aware of not mentioned in details about the rental. »

« We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. »

« After an initial issue in gaining access as code for door entry hadn't been activated and the emergency number didn't extend for assistance after 5.0pm, arriving at 8.30pm we would have been stumped without getting help from a neighbour opposite who thankfully had the owners personal number which on contacting the door access code was set within 15minutes. Our stay was very good after this initial hiccup and we would stay at the property again. »

« Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com »
