Vind je ideale hotel in Crystal City

'Not a good place to stay for more than 1 night. Small room. Breakfast was mostly pre-wrapped items. Not in a good location.'

Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '

'We could not get the air conditioner to work, but we did not report it until the next day, as we arrived late and figured we could make it through the night without it. When we reported it, the person on duty came to the room to check it out and got it going but he told us not to touch the plug in as it wasn't the best. The outlet clearly has a problem as the a/c plug was not in the socket the entire way, but more of at an angle to get it to work - that is a serious fire hazard. There was no...

'Comfortable & safe'

'It looks as if the property is undergoing a renovation. But it was still worthy of the stay. The renovation was not disruptive, or unsightly. Lots of parking close to a lot of different restaurants. Not far off the interstate as well. Would definitely book there again. '

'It's a 3-star place for a reason. The room was not at all what the pictures made it look like. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom, and there's no closet, just a bar with a few hangers. There was a bracket on the wall where a blow drier used to be, but it was missing. When we left for dinner I mentioned it to the desk guy and he said he would bring one up. He never did. The coffee maker and the juice dispenser in the "breakfast area" were both out of order, and the pool is covered and...

'They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.'

'We stayed one night on our way back from Tulsa OK to Indianapolis. We were traveling with a small dog and needed space to walk her. We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs.'
