Other things to note
No shoes in the home. Absolutely no pets, this is an allergy-free home. If you exceed 10 or more guests or have children under 12 you must send an inquiry before booking to assure it is a good fit.

Treats: Coffee and creamer is provided for all reservations. For VIP bookings exceeding a base rate of $300/day (before taxes and platform service fees), you will receive one free bottle of wine for each day of your stay. For reservations with a base rate of less than $300/day, you will receive one free bottle of wine for your stay. You can opt out of this after you book if you want to decline.
Security: We do have CCTV outside the house to help protect us and help protect you and help protect our neighbors.

Booking: If the calendar is open, the house is available. Yes, we take last minute bookings. If you are getting blocked from booking please message us so we can assist with your booking. Please remember to book for all overnight guests, visitors incur a fee of $15/person/day.
