'The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.'

'Clean room. Parking good early, have to park in Casino garage late. Would not allow us to check in before 4 pm no matter what. Had to leave and come back 20 mins later to check in. Nice staff just very rigid about check in time.'

'The first room we were given was on the second floor and upon stepping off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke (supposedly non-smoking). We entered our room and it smelled musty and the laminate flooring had maybe spilled food all over it. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked the front desk for a different room and the front desk worker (not sure who because no staff wore nametags) gave us a room on the third floor. 'The room was decent and the staffs during the morning shift were helpful and very caring for my family needs. The breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied before going out in adventure. During the afternoon/evening trip back to the hotel, the staff working there and wasn’t too helpful with my needs as my parents wanted some information. 'Breakfast food was not good: poor choice, stale food. Hotel and room had a horrible smell. Room was not very clean. Elevators didn’t work. I left after the first night. Smell was nauseating. I do not recommend.'

'Very nice hotel in the Cincinnati Airport Area. Recent rooms where clean and very comfortable. Very friendly personnel. There is a lounge and restaurant in the hotel. Nice atmosphere. Free late check-out.'

'We were there but one night and did not use any amenities, but the room was great. Location was perfect for grabbing lunch and dinner without having to hit the highway. And 5 quick minutes from the airport.'

'I liked the coffee in morning, they had bagels, cereal, and waffle stuff. They have orange and apple juice. The pool is clean, but there is something on the bottom that'll cut you if your not careful. My rooms AC didn't work very well, I think it needs freon. And my bathroom door didn't shut. But for the price, I wasn't complaining!'

'This is an older place, but it certainly served our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the presence of a stove, refrigerator, and microwave gave us the option of eating out every meal or change things up a bit. The breakfast was a continental breakfast, but it was all we needed to start the day. ALL the staff was very helpful and so kind to us. And, you can't beat the price. At least I couldn't. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.'

'The night shift young lady was rude and unhelpful. The airport shuttle was inconsistent in timing, so much so that we finally called Uber. We couldn’t pick up our own phone signal anywhere in the building, but their WiFi was not that great either. But day shift staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean.'

'This hotel is a dump, the rooms are old and dated. the lobby smells like chlorine, fabuloso and 1970. The shuttle is old and beat up. not sure who is giving this hotel an 8 but it was not enjoyable.'
