« The staff was nice and breakfast was good. They seemed to be having some sort of towel shortage. They ran out of both pool and regular towels one evening. My kid had to drip his way freezing thru the hotel then use hand towels to dry off after his shower. We asked for more the next morning & they still hadn’t arrived 9 hours later when we returned. « It was absolutely the worst stay. I chose to stay here for a week for a softball tournament based on Expedia reviews and never again. When we first arrived the room smelled awful to where I had to go t Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners to get rid of the smell. Then our shower didn’t work properly to where we had to figure out how to turn water on and figure out temperature because it was so old. By the third day they shut off our water to get it repaired.
