I would like to first say that the staff were very kind and helpful. My concern and why I would not recommend staying here is primarily about safely and lack of attention to important details that could affect a person staying there. The phone in my room did not work. I am a solo traveler. Due to my scehdule I did not have a chance to address it until the night I was leaving as I needed a wake-up call to ensure I did not miss my early morning flight (in the event I did not hear my phone). The phone still did not work. I went downstairs and the person at the desk checked and agreed it was not working and sent a handyman to my room (I was there). He was very nice but the disturbing thing was that the cords on the phone were in wrong. He commented that it was a problem with other phones but he had not had a chance to check them all. Really?! What if there was an emergency in a room and a person could not call 911 or the front desk! This has clearly been like this for a long time. In addition, on the way to the airport, I needed to call the hotel and talk with someone about something important (I thought I left something at the hotel). There is NOT 24/7 service like they state. I called 5 times and no one answered. It kept asking me for a code. Again, it it were an emergency, you are out of luck. Do not stay here.
