The sitting room includes a 46-inch plasma TV with Freesat HD, DVD/VHS player, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property.

A separate utility room offers a washing machine and dishwasher for added convenience. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a spacious patio with a gas-fired six-burner BBQ, teak garden furniture, and private off-road parking for four to five cars.

One bedroom on the ground floor with a versatile zip and link bed (which can be arranged as a double or twin).
