'Het hotel is ok maar van een 5 sterren hotel verwacht ik heel wat meer. Ontbijt was beneden de verwachtingen en ze hebben denk ik een personeelstekort waardoor de service ook niet was wat het moet zijn. '

'We stayed for couple of nights and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Carcassonne. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and train station. The castle is about 15-20 minutes walk through charming streets and the old bridge which is a pedestrian bridge. This bridge is also possibly the best viewing point and photo opportunity. Richard and Helen were very kind, on our arrival a bottle of red wine greeted us at the apartment. Very thoughtful. Thank you!'
