'Our room was facing a beautiful lagoon. Our butler Deependra was very efficient, provided excellent, service. The sunset on the beach were perfect We especially enjoy having dinner at the Riverside restaurant awesome at the Susegado restaurant. Buffet breakfast at the Miri restaurant was very good. The beautiful gardens, were a pleasure to see. They were buggy services to take you anywhere in the property. Very, very nice swimming pool as well. '

'Nice resort with good rooms. Clean and comfortable with very large TV’s. Included breakfast was just ok. Not a great choice and what was offered was of ok quality. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The site lacked sun beds, areas to sit around so you were forced to use outside facilities. An area of beach dedicated for this would have been perfect. '

'We stayed two weeks and it was the absolute perfect combo of relaxed bohemian vibe and atmosphere but with fantastic service, very clean and some of the friendliest staff I have met. Had a five- year old with me who thrived. There is a little play area and the pool was perfect for her when the waves were sometimes a bit too rough and she was met with such kindness everywhere. 'Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. 'Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. It being near the beach is the main advantage but there’s no sun loungers or deck chairs as advertised and the staff aren’t very helpful when trying to...
